If you are impacted by the Loan Charge or related issues/action

Please note that the APPG cannot directly take up individual cases of those facing the Loan Charge or related HMRC action.

People impacted are encouraged to contact their MP to raise any issues or concerns. You can find out how to contact your MP here – https://www.parliament.uk/mps-lords-and-offices/mps/

The APPG does appreciate being sent evidence from individuals, advisers and organisations and this helps to illustrate the reality of the situation many people face, but whilst we log this and share general patterns and concerns with APPG members, we cannot engage in correspondence.

Individuals are always encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice from an accredited adviser.

The Loan Charge Action Group is the action group for people impacted by the Loan Charge and associated HMRC action. LCAG exists to give a voice to those affected and to act as a community for people to support each other. It consists entirely of people impacted (and partners/family) and is run and funded entirely by membership subscriptions.  LCAG can be contacted at contact@hmrcloancharge.info
